Ramesh Awtaney
Ramesh, a dynamic entrepreneur, an Indo-African business magnate, investor and philanthropist has deep business interests across Africa and Middle East. Through GolfLAN; Awtaney is determined to bridge the gap for Golf enthusiasts in Africa, digitally. Ramesh had previously served global technology majors such as IBM, Ericsson, and ABB in ASEAN and APAC regions, where he initiated several high-value business models.

He carries more than 28 years of rich experience in global technology, market development and business process outsourcing across Telecom Providers and other Verticals.
Ramesh was conferred with the “Entrepreneur of the Year” Champion in Biz Awards during 2016 ASSOCHAM India Africa Trade and Investment Forum. Ramesh was bestowed with “Technology Company CEO of the Year” during 2016 Nigeria Technology Awards (NiTA). In addition, Ramesh has been recognized with Global Indian of the Year Award 2020-21.
A sports enthusiast, Awtaney has strong passion towards sports and has been an avid cricketer.
